What we do

Pedal Power Imports is the fusion of two bicycle enthusiastic countries that have a passion for all disciplines of cycling. This includes cycling on a competitive level and a pastime activity. The USA and Colombia share the fervor for the sport and both offer world class scenery, riding and sales opportunities for your company.

We help companies that want to sell product in Colombia and Colombian companies that want to sell product in the USA.

The USA and Colombia have a history of top name riders who have competed nationally and all over the world. Colombias top rides include, Luis Herrera, Nairo Quintana, Egan Bernal,Rigoberto Uran,(Road) Mariana Pajon and Michael Mogollon(BMX) Jhonnatan Botero Villegas, Marcelo Gutierrez and Hilvar Calderon (MTB) just to name a few. The Colombian list of riders goes on and on from past to present.

Meet the founder

I grew up in Marin County, California which is referred to as the "Birthplace" of Mountain Biking. Gary Fisher, Tom Ritchey, Otis Guy , Steve Breeze, Steve Pots and many others are the pioneers of MTB which all stared on the trails of Mt. Tamalpais in Marin County back in the early 1970's.

My wife and I split our time between Columbia, California in the beautiful Gold Country and Medellin, Colombia, South America.
